Currently, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Care Network, and Priority Health. and the following Medicaid Plans: Meridian, Priority Health and Blue Cross Complete.
The starting rate for cash sessions is $100 per session. For people with financial need, I offer sliding scale cash pay options through Open Path Psychotherapy Collective. You can visit OpenPathCollective.org for more information on how to apply. I believe that financial concerns should never get in the way of access to mental health services, so I will work with you in order to make sure that you have access to the care you are seeking.

Expressive arts therapy is a therapeutic form where we use creative processes such as visual art, dance, music, drama, play, and writing, in order to better understand and process our thoughts and emotions. You do not need to be an artist to participate, you just need to be willing to try something that might be new or different for you.
More specifically, that can look like sharing meaningful music or lyrics as part of your session, or drawing out a feeling that is hard to describe. I may encourage you to move your body and explore different postures and ways of expression, and I will always encourage you to use whatever creative outlets speak to you as part of your own process.
